Bienvenue et Bonjour

Welcome and Hello! Thank you for joining me through my culinary education. As with all things, the best place to start is from the beginning. So in light of that, my first classes are in the Foundations & Fundamentals of Classical Culinary Technique. For the next couple of months I will share what I've learned in each week of classes.
